Talk About It

The only thing that has ever helped me when I feel BLAH in the head was getting it out. Talking to a human is wonderful but sometimes you just can’t. Talk to your dog, talk to your succulent, talk to yourself. From your mind to the mouth, out to the open, formulating those thoughts and pushing them into the realms can be real enlightening. I don’t recommend practicing this in public though.
